Raised Beach House Plans Connecticut
The raised beach house is constructed by arranging piers under the basement of the house. Some raised beach house is of only one floor, and some are of duplex houses. The piers are basically wooden pillars such as bamboo or made up of other wooden material.
These are stronger as same as the concrete blocks because they are capable of holding the water flow through them. The beach houses which are not raised to the higher heights can be lifted and replaced to a safe place as desired by the house owner.
